Community Manager
Work in the best MIX of business and leisure. MIXER is looking for exceptional community managers with excellent interpersonal skills who know how to provide an uncompromised customer experience to our members.
Promote the MIXER values and goals. Lead within the Community Management team to create a collaborative environment where members feel cared for, acknowledged, and above all - happy.
Help maintain our high occupancy rate by ensuring the locations is operational and all services are running smoothly.
Become personally involved in the community, to become the go-to person community members turn to for every issue.
Manage and be the problem solver for all the daily operations in the MIXER location including all facilities and relevant building infrastructure, so we can ensure the highest level of satisfaction among our members and provide a work experience that exceeds their expectations.
Work continuously with vendors and service providers while staying tuned to our members to enable you to predict their needs and expectations.
Improve work processes for all the areas in which you will work as community managers: customer experience, ongoing maintenance of the MIXER location and the visibility of the complex at the highest level.
Communicate MIXER policies and procedures to community members in a proactive and supportive manner.
BA degree in a relevant field
High level English
Experience in production / operational positions - an advantage
Experience in service and sales
Written and verbal fluency
Marketing experience - an advantage
High organizational and multitasking skills
Extremely high level of integrity, reliability, responsibility, and empathy.
Understanding communities that were created based on collaborative processes.
Deep understanding of MIXER values and goals.
